At Ronak Vastra Bhandar, we make every effort to provide correct product details, images and quality products to our customers.

Return Policy:
Returns are not available once the product is delivered, except in case of a wrong or damaged product received by the customer.

Damaged/Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and product photos.

Refund Policy:
If a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded after checking the product condition.

If a customer refuses to accept the parcel or the parcel is returned due to customer unavailability, refund will be processed after deducting delivery/shipping charges.

Important Notes:
- Product colour may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings.
- Custom, stitched, used or damaged products are not eligible for return.
- Return approval is subject to product condition and company decision.
